HOW IT WORKS
Four capabilities that cover the full license lifecycle — from first issuance to automatic renewal and device-level monitoring.

01 — License issuance
Manual or fully automatic.
Licenses can be issued manually from the web portal, or automatically via API Key — the application requests a license on first launch using a hardware fingerprint, and the platform generates and assigns it with no manual intervention. The same mechanism works at scale for IoT device fleets.

02 — Digital signatures and offline verification
Valid without a server call.
Every license is signed with a per-application RSA-2048 key pair. The client can verify the license locally — including expiry and MAC address binding — without contacting the server. Signature coverage is configurable: serial number only, or full license content.

03 — Custom license schema
Any field, no code required.
A visual JSON Schema Builder lets you define exactly which parameters each license must carry — text, number, date, boolean, select, multi-select, email — with default values. Every license becomes specific to your application's logic, without writing custom code.

04 — Device monitoring
Full visibility on active deployments.
The platform tracks every device using each license: hardware fingerprint, IP, first and last contact, access count. Anomalous or unauthorized usage is immediately visible. When a license is revoked from the portal, the client is updated automatically on its next connection.
Multi-tenant, role-based
Four access levels — system admin, software vendor admin, customer admin, customer user — each with a dedicated dashboard and scoped permissions. Every tenant's data stays isolated.
Export and notifications
CSV, JSON, or XLSX — async download
License data can be exported asynchronously in CSV, JSON, or XLSX format, with a notification on completion. Automatic alerts cover expiring licenses, new auto-generated licenses, new API Keys, and new customer registrations.
