HOW IT WORKS

Four areas every tunnel deployment needs: from initial setup to the moment a green light blinks at the end of the conveyor.

  1. 01 — Tunnel configuration

    The whole setup, one object

    An RFID tunnel includes readers, antennas, barcode scanners, and GPIOs. Tunnel Manager integrates and controls them all, turning the entire setup into a single logical RFID object that can be customized, monitored, and managed from one place.

  2. 02 — Data reading and management

    Trigger, capture, apply rules

    Once a parcel is identified, Tunnel Manager triggers the RFID reader, collects EPC and TID data, stores it, and applies both business rules and low-level RFID logic. Reading start/stop is event-driven — GPIO signals, barcode scans, timers.

  3. 03 — Reading outcomes

    Autonomous reactions, configurable rules

    After tag detection, Tunnel Manager activates outputs — traffic lights, alarms, actuators — based on your rules. It distinguishes complete, incomplete, and erroneous parcels. Data exported via Webhooks, FTP, or API.

  4. 04 — Event monitoring

    Real-time visibility interface

    Centralized interface with clear visual indicators (OK · KO · Missing) and detailed diagnostics. Interfaces with PLCs or WMS and forwards logs to external systems for centralized collection.
