Solutions — RFID Station
A complete RFID encoding workstation, ready to deploy.
RFID Station combines UHF reader, RFID antennas, barcode scanner, touchscreen, and Linux mini PC in a single unit — with Device Manager embedded. Connect it to your line, configure the encoding workflow, start working.

Operators see item status and encoding results in real time. Supervisors configure workflows, manage encoding rules, and monitor station output — all from the touchscreen or remotely via web UI.
HOW IT WORKS
Four things that make an encoding station work in production — from hardware setup to workflow execution.
-
01 — Hardware integration
Everything in one unit.
RFID Station includes a UHF reader, directional RFID antennas, a barcode scanner, a touchscreen display, and a Linux mini PC — all pre-integrated. No separate hardware procurement, no wiring to figure out. The unit arrives ready to be connected to your production line or packing station.
-
02 — Device Manager embedded
The same engine, built in.
RFID Station runs Device Manager natively. The full REST API, tag read/write operations, antenna configuration, and event management are available out of the box — no separate installation, no additional licensing.
-
03 — Encoding workflow
Associate, encode, verify.
The onboard application handles association and encoding between RFID tags, NFC, barcodes, and QR codes — configurable to match your specific production logic. Each workflow is defined per project: which data goes on which carrier, in which order, with which verification.
-
04 — Operator interface
Touchscreen, no training required.
The integrated touchscreen runs a task-specific UI designed for operators on the floor. Feedback is immediate — green/red status, error codes, retry prompts. No laptop needed at the station, no IT support for daily use.
Multi-carrier, multi-format
RFID Station handles RFID (UHF), NFC, barcode, and QR code in the same encoding session — configurable per project, with no changes to the hardware.
Barcode and QR support
Any TCP/IP or USB barcode reader
RFID Station integrates barcode and QR scanning as part of the encoding workflow — not as a separate step. Scan, associate, encode: one gesture, one station.
